At Plant Parts Ltd, we’re looking for a driven, confident, and ambitious individual to join our growing sales team as a Technical Sales Executive.

The Opportunity

You’ll work with customers running machinery across the construction, demolition, plant hire, waste and related sectors, helping source and supply parts for Plant hire fleets, Quarry equipment, Our in-house workshop repairs, Specialist machinery solutions and much more.

From hydraulic pumps and final drives to slew rings and bespoke requirements, no two days are the same.

You’ll join an experienced and supportive team with deep industry knowledge, giving you the platform to learn quickly, grow your confidence, and build a successful career in technical sales.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Developing and growing customer accounts across the UK and overseas
• Identifying new business opportunities through outbound sales activity
• Following up incoming enquiries and converting them into repeat business
• Building long-term customer relationships based on trust and service
• Working within a collaborative, high-performing sales environment

You’ll thrive in this role if you are:

• A confident communicator who enjoys talking to customers
• Motivated by targets, growth, and earning uncapped commission
• Proactive, driven, and comfortable picking up the phone
• Focused on building relationships, not just quick sales
• Mechanically or technically minded (highly desirable)
• Experienced in sales — or hungry to break into a sales career
