Digital Marketing lead (B2B Lead Generation & Growth)
About the Role
We’re seeking a commercially minded B2B Digital Marketing professional with strong technical ability to build, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns that strengthen our online presence, generate qualified leads, and strengthen brand positioning from discovery through to sales enquiry.
This role is suited to someone with experience in B2B marketing, long sales cycles, account-based marketing (ABM), SEO/SEM, lead nurturing, and performance optimisation, with a strong focus on turning digital traffic into measurable business outcomes.
You will work closely with our wider team to deliver our digital campaigns focused on driving inbound demand, supporting pipeline growth, and improving digital conversion performance across the customer journey.
You’ll work closely with our sales, IT, media content and product teams to promote both our industry leading brands, deliver consistency of campaigns across all marketing activities and provide measurable revenue outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Demand Generation & Lead Acquisition
Develop and manage B2B lead generation campaigns across paid search, paid social and SEO
Build and optimise inbound and outbound funnels to increase MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline contribution
Create and manage landing pages, and conversion funnels
Support the team in identifying new digital opportunities (such as best use of AI)
Paid Media & Performance Marketing
Plan and execute PPC campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting)
Optimise campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and budget allocation
Analytics & Reporting
Track campaign performance using GA4, CRM dashboards, and attribution tools
Use data to improve campaign efficiency and customer acquisition strategies
Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years in digital marketing, preferably in B2B.
Proven experience generating leads and supporting sales pipeline growth
Strong understanding of:
SEO/SEM
LinkedIn Ads & Google Ads
GA4, Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards
Strong analytical mindset with commercial awareness
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Experience with funnel optimization, lead scoring, and attribution
Familiarity B2B sales cycles
Google Ads, or LinkedIn certifications
